Mark Collins has 20 years of experience in Business Leadership and Human Resources roles, and has been fortunate to work with great businesses, great people and great leaders throughout his career. With experience across Aerospace, Marine Safety, Electronics, Food and Oil & Gas, Mark understands Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing and Production businesses.
Always willing to get his hands dirty, Mark has been able to mix strategic Leadership with daily execution in each of his roles – Leaders understand when to ‘change gears’ between Operational, Tactical and Strategic focus – to make things happen. A commercial business partner at all times.
Working for SMEs, with previous experience in stand-alone HR roles, Mark has an experienced understanding of the pressures of delivering HR and Leadership for business in an SME environment.
Working for larger, global organisations, Mark has had exposure to world-class best practice in Leadership, Operational Excellence, HR and High Performance Talent Management.
Mark is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development, DiSc Profile Certified, Workplace Big Five Certified and a Certified Coach, with a wide network of partnering associates, both specialists in HR and Business Leadership.
